The proposal is simple from the conceptual point of view: it is a question of optimising the use and obtaining the maximum superficial yield in number of rooms, strategically organised to give an adequate service to a dwelling. The house is projected according to the characteristics of the user, a young person. The loft is conceived as a fluid and continuous space where the diverse topography inherited from the commercial premises generates a diversity of connected and polyvalent rooms that can be inhabited in different ways.

The furniture designed adapts to the initial configuration of the premises allowing the necessary and specific equipment to be provided for each room of the .
