The neighbourhood of Las Delicias in Valladolid is characterised by being a working class urban area, which has been generated by an urbanism without spaces for recreation. The project not only makes it possible to equip the neighbourhood but also generates, through its materiality, a point of colour and light that stands out from residential brick constructions.

The configuration of the project allows the activity to be perceived from the urban space without the need to enter the recient providing life and movement to the neighbourhood.

In addition, the Sports Centre, during sunset, by means of the interior lighting becomes a lantern with different tones, for which a colour study has been carried out taking into account the characteristics of the site.
