The church of Vado, in honour of San Sebastián, is located in the geometric centre, approximately, of the consolidated urban land of the village of the north of Palencia. It was originally a Romanesque building, of which part of the south wall, in the area of the altar, has been preserved.

The aim of the proposal is to describe, define and evaluate the interventions necessary for the execution of the restoration works of the roofs and carpentry of the church, which is of greater importance than the mere rehabilitation of the monastery. The recovery for a more comfortable use and the visit of the temple of singular characteristics, does that an element is proposed to solve the ascent to the bell tower from which the whole village can be contemplated.
