The project to be developed in the village of Saldaña intends to create a modern style single-family home. It consists of two prismatic volumes joined by a central element on which rests a smaller one on the first floor.

It is accessed, after having crossed over the swimming pool, by the central part of the house in which the service area is located. In the volume on the right are the daytime areas - kitchen and living room - as well as a double height that connects with the upper volume of the library. To the left, a linear volume houses the entire night area of the house. Finally, there is a basement floor in which is the garage, a small living area and the cleaning room.
